Robynn is committed to empowering people, training them, and increasing customer care quality standards. She is the epitome of a good work ethic. She believes in hard work, and dedication that rivals Eleanor Roosevelt herself. Her success lies in the foundations of success she has built by building up the people she works with. It is a foundation that she and all who work with her are proud of.
There aren’t many people in the world who are multi-faceted business management professionals but Robynn is one such jewel. She has a hoard of experience and knowledge that she has accumulated over the past 25 years and is used in the right moments of work and life.
Her academia has prepared her to handle anything in the business world from leadership to web design, marketing, training, bookkeeping and workplace safety. Robynn is proudly the president of the Iqaluit Chamber of Commerce and heavily involved with the board of the Toonik Tyme festival. She is also a member of the Army Cadet League of Canada and the Royal Canadian Legion.
In each institution that she has worked, she’s demonstrated her wit, drive, and ingenuity in handling difficult situations. She is a problem solver and a quick thinker that knows how to evaluate and solve an issue as quickly as possible.
Robynn is a published author. Her book “Continuous Learning & Personal Development” is very much a testament to her belief in always learning whether it be for personal growth or professional development.
Robynn has acquired leadership skills through both academia and experience. She is a team leader as well as a teammate. Robynn is an apt team builder and is very successful in leading her team through wins and losses. Her co-workers and those who have worked under her can testify to the fact that she an inspiration to them. After all, there aren’t many people in the world who can be both a leader and a follower.
In her many skills, Robynn also possesses the gift of helping entrepreneurs start or grow their business with her engaging style of business development. She has travelled extensively throughout Nunavut to offer workshops, training and business advice.
Her marketing skills including social media management and sales are also nothing to shirk, her experience with the media is also considerable. She ensures that all responsibility and work assigned to her or her team is done at the top level and nothing is ever left to chance. Her work ethic has allowed her to turn around a sinking company’s fate and ensure that they start to profit rather than sink into loss. She is also experienced with safety, project management, and execution of large events.
Robynn is an individual who understands the people around her, the culture, and the different languages people use to communicate. Her strength lies in the fact that she loves working with people and so she does her best in ensuring that those very people get what they deserve.
